TPXimpact Holdings PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions. You will lead a team of engineers across full-stack projects, ensuring best practices, security, and scalable architectures while collaborating with product management and UX/UI.

You will drive CI/CD adoption, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and translate business needs into technical specifications, delivering features on time and within scope

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure software architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Experience with modern development workflows and DevOps practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI, DevOps, QA and IT to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure high-quality, well-tested code.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability and security.
