Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with BI tools or advanced Excel.
• Degree or hands-on fraud/banking experience.
• Experience with card transactions or acquiring is advantageous.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions, merchants, and third-party activity daily.
• Analyze fraud patterns using BI tools to spot trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on fraud detection strategies.
• Develop reports, tools, and processes to prevent fraud and chargebacks.
• Engage merchants to assess fraud risk via email, live chat, and calls.
• Work with card schemes on breaches, appeals, investigations and reporting.
• Support Risk team in identifying high-risk merchants.
