Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Fraud Support Analyst on a 18-month FTC to help protect payments and ticketing operations on a landmark TfL contract. The role combines analysis, reporting and operational readiness during transition across a large public transport ecosystem.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will monitor activity, analyse fraud events and support investigations while producing dashboards and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud analysis, fraud prevention or payments operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and identify anomalies.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Excel is advantageous.
• Clear written and verbal communication with auditable records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system activity, transaction data and reports to identify fraud patterns.
• Analyse potential fraud events and document evidence and rationale.
• Support investigations by gathering transaction records and logs.
• Generate daily/weekly/adhoc fraud reports and dashboards with findings.
• Maintain case records and updates to risk registers and logs.
• Assess effectiveness of controls and highlight gaps or impacts.
• Escalate suspected fraud per procedures and timelines.
• Assist Fraud Reduction Manager with materials for governance meetings.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, payments and support teams to resolve issues.
• Review and refine fraud detection rules and monitoring tools.
• Contribute to new fraud typologies and knowledge sharing.
