Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support mobilisation and transition of critical back-office applications and fraud management services into the Indra/Minsait operating model. The role combines strong application operations, data analysis and documentation experience.

The successful candidate will work with customer stakeholders, incumbent SMEs and service management to capture knowledge, validate procedures and prepare the service for safe operation.

Formación

• Experience providing application support for medium to large-scale systems, ideally in regulated/high-availability environments.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server) from an application support perspective.
• Practical experience in incident triage, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and escalation.
• Experience handling sensitive information with data protection awareness.
• Ability to analyse operational data, produce reports and identify risks.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-line application support for back-office systems including operation and incident resolution.
• Operate fraud prevention processes and monitor for anomalies where applicable.
• Review and update SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles to maintain accurate documentation.
• Support operational reporting and governance through service metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, DB, infrastructure, and customer teams to resolve incidents and ensure continuity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process weaknesses and implementing practical enhancements.
