Job summary

Zwift is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead company-wide planning, financial analysis, and decision support. You will own core FP&A processes, partnering with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will mentor junior staff, raise modelling standards, and drive the annual plan, forecasting, and strategic scenarios across a fast-paced, SaaS/hardware environment. Avid fitness and gaming interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Sheets expertise.
• Experience with BI tools and data-driven insights.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred; gaming/saas background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly Board reporting, financial models, and executive materials.
• Maintain and update the company operating model for forecasting.
• Oversee annual planning with cross-functional budget owners.
• Manage Weekly Business Review and track key metrics like ROAS and CPA.
• Build ROI models for major projects and capital allocations.
• Mentor junior team members and raise FP&A standards.
