Zusammenfassung

Zwift is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead company-wide planning, financial analysis, and decision support. You will own core FP&A processes, partnering with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will mentor junior staff, raise modelling standards, and drive the annual plan, forecasting, and strategic scenarios across a fast-paced, SaaS/hardware environment. Avid fitness and gaming interest is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel/Sheets expertise.
• Experience with BI tools and data-driven insights.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred; gaming/saas background a plus.

Jobbeschreibung

• We are seeking a strategic and technically sophisticated Senior Manager, FP&A to play a key role in company-wide planning, financial analysis and decision support
• This role will own several of Zwift’s core FP&A processes, partner closely with senior leaders across the business, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Alongside delivering high-impact analysis, the role will act as a technical leader within the team, mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues and helping raise the standard of financial modelling and analysis across FP&A
• This role reports to the Director, FP&A & Data
• Board & Executive Reporting: Own the preparation and synthesis of monthly Board reporting, financial models and supporting materials, translating financial and operational performance into clear insights for executive leadership
• Operating Model: Maintain, update, and enhance the core company operating model used for forecasting, strategic scenarios, and variance analysis
• Planning & Budgeting: Drive the operational execution of the annual planning process, working closely with cross-functional budget owners to align financial models with organisational goals
• Business Performance & Reviews: Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the Weekly Business Review (WBR) and track key commercial metrics, including Marketing ROAS and CPA performance
• Commercial Appraisal: Build complex financial models and ROI business cases for major project proposals and capital allocations
• Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert within FP&A, setting high standards for financial modelling and analysis and mentoring junior and mid-level team members as they develop

Technical Skillset: Advanced financial modelling skills and expert-level proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsData Fluency: High proficiency in navigating data environments, working with BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, SQL preferred), and deriving insights from automated dashboards

Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical commercial finance role

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for guiding, mentoring, and developing junior team members

Strategic Mindset: Proven capability to solve highly complex problems and translate financial results into clear recommendations for department leaders

Industry Context: Relevant background in SaaS, subscription business models, or consumer hardware products is a plus

Education: Professional financial qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CFA) is highly preferred
