Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Fitness Enterprise FP&A team. You will own the Enterprise division's P&L, deliver forecasts, and provide insights to inform pricing, growth and investment decisions.

Collaborate across Sales, Client Success and Product leadership to build revenue and renewal forecasts, track unit economics, and drive reporting accuracy. This role offers a dynamic, global environment with strong analytical emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance/SaaS experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with a Financial Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (OneStream preferred).
• Familiarity with recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Analytical approach to solving complex issues and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Enterprise division's P&L end-to-end with forecast, variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Produce regular management reporting including ARR, NRR, churn and bookings to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and Product leadership on revenue and renewal forecasts.
• Ensure timely revenue reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Provide insights to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow management.
• Create BI and reporting solutions enabling Sales, Client Success, Product and Finance teams to monitor performance.
• Analyze customer/contract data to drive actionable insights for leadership.
• Support ad-hoc pricing and deal analysis for large contracts.
