Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Fitness Enterprise FP&A team. You will own the Enterprise division's P&L, manage forecasting, and deliver revenue and KPI insights to drive pricing, growth and investment decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Client Success and Product to build revenue forecasts, monitor unit economics, and provide clear messages to leadership. This role requires strong analytical capability and experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance/SaaS experience with strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• Experience with an Enterprise Performance Management system (OneStream preferred).
• Familiar with recurring revenue metrics: ARR, NRR, churn.
• Ability to build dashboards using BI tools and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise division P&L end-to-end with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Deliver management reporting: ARR, NRR, churn, bookings, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and Product to forecast revenue and renewals.
• Provide timely revenue reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Develop reporting and modeling to drive revenue growth and cash flow.
• Create BI reporting enabling Sales, Product, and Finance to monitor performance.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, pricing and deal economics for large contracts.
