Job summary

Zanda is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure scale-up seeking a strategic Finance/FP&A Manager. This is the most senior FP&A role with full ownership of the integrated three-statement model across multiple entities and currencies.

You will drive budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning end-to-end, turning performance data into clear narratives for leadership and the Board. Hybrid London office, three days on-site.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a full planning cycle, including budget, reforecast and long-range plan, in an FP&A role.
• An integrated three-statement model built from the ground up with clear assumptions and linkages.
• Model depth with scenario and sensitivity analysis beyond template-driven outputs.
• Ability to translate model outputs into Board and management reporting for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's integrated three-statement model across entities and currencies.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning end-to-end with full process ownership.
• Turn monthly and quarterly performance into narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership and the Board.
• Develop and model funding options, debt structure, and strategic initiatives for future financing rounds.
• Collaborate with budget holders to ensure plans reflect operational reality and flag risks early.
