Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Fitness Enterprise FP&A team. You will own the Enterprise division's P&L, maintain the financial model, and deliver forecast, variance analysis and scenario planning to inform pricing and growth decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Client Success and Product to build revenue forecasts, monitor unit economics, and provide clear, actionable insights for leadership. This role emphasizes data-driven analysis in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance / SaaS experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with an EPM system (OneStream preferred).
• Familiarity with ARR, NRR, churn and recurring revenue metrics.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Enterprise division's P&L end-to-end with forecasting and variance analysis.
• Produce reporting on revenue, KPIs, ARR, churn, and bookings.
• Forecast revenue and renewals with Sales, CS, and Product leadership.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and insights.
• Provide financial insights to drive revenue growth and cash flow.
• Build BI reports enabling cross-functional teams to monitor performance.
