Zwift, Inc. is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, financial analysis and decision support across the business. You will own board reporting, financial models and translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

You will mentor junior team members, drive forecasting with the operating model, oversee budgeting, and track key metrics such as ROAS and CPA. SaaS experience and professional finance qualifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or similar analytical finance role.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription models, or consumer hardware is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly Board reporting and financial models for executive leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the core operating model for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Drive the annual planning process with cross-functional budget owners.
• Manage Weekly Business Review and track key metrics like ROAS and CPA.
• Build complex ROI models for major projects and capital allocations.
• Mentor and raise the standard of financial modelling across FP&A.
