Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst FP&A International (EMEA) based in Maidenhead, as the team transitions from Wokingham to Maidenhead. The role supports planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across EMEA markets.

You will partner with market finance leaders and BUF teams to design financial models, templates, and automated tools, driving standardisation and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a finance degree, expert Excel, advanced Power BI, 5+ years of FP&A

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expert-level Excel skills with ability to design and develop sophisticated financial models, planning templates and reporting tools.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, dashboards and transforming large datasets into insights.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the markets across the EMEA region.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet performance, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Design and develop user-friendly financial models, planning templates, reporting tools, and automated solutions that standardise processes and enable scalable ways of working across the EMEA organisation.
• Partner closely with market finance leaders, BUF teams, and stakeholders across EMEA, delivering high-quality support across planning, reporting and operational processes.
