Johnson & Johnson UKI Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with UKI IM, delivering high‑quality financial analysis and business partnering across Commercial, Market Access, Medical and Supply Chain. Location: High Wycombe / Maidenhead; Pay Grade: PG26.
You will lead planning, forecasting and performance management, develop Power BI dashboards, and drive data‑driven decisions with strong digital analytics capabilities while upholding company policies and Credo values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA/CMA preferred.
- About five years FP&A, budgeting and forecasting in a multinational setting.
- Experience partnering with commercial leaders to influence decisions.
- Pharma/healthcare sector experience desirable.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial support.
- Understand brand strategy, portfolio performance and key drivers.
- Lead revenue, P&L, OPEX planning and scenario analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for management insights.
- Ensure accurate month-end closing and reporting.
- Drive data governance and digital finance initiatives.
