Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to design sophisticated financial models and reporting tools.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the markets across the EMEA region.
• Prepare and analyze financial results including P&L and Balance Sheet performance, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Design and develop user-friendly financial models, planning templates, reporting tools, and automated solutions that standardise processes.
• Partner with market finance leaders, BUF teams, and stakeholders across EMEA to deliver high-quality planning and reporting.
