Talentedge is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in the UK to lead AI-enhanced FP&A initiatives, automate budgeting and forecasting, and deliver advanced SaaS metrics. You will work closely with the CEO and other C-Suite executives to redefine financial modelling and strategic planning.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3+ years in SaaS/Tech FP&A and a proven track record of AI-driven process improvements and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Enhance FP&A by automating processes using AI in budgeting/forecasting and scenario planning.
• Build dashboards and AI agents for Senior Leadership presentation (CEO, CRO).
• Prepare monthly financial packs with budgets vs actuals, variances, reforecasts, and SaaS metrics for the board.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue and Ops to deliver profitability insights and identify drivers.
• Redefine SaaS metrics model (ARR, CAC, CLTV, revenue analytics).

Job description

I am exclusively partnered with a rapidly-growing SaaS business who are fast becoming one of the go-to suppliers of tech, for some of the most well-known firms globally.

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be in charge of using AI to reshape and re-define FP&A processes across the function. You will have prior experience being the go-to lead of AI, with a demonstrated track record of automating budgeting/forecasting, building dashboards, creating AI agents to enhance the company's financial model and improving SaaS metrics that will be shared with the board.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA candidate who has experience working within Tech/SaaS and AI (ChatGPT, Claude etc) and will be partnering with C-Suite members including the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the FP&A function by creating and automating processes using AI tools, focusing on the company's financial model, budgeting/forecasting and business strategies and scenario planning
• Use AI to build key dashboards and AI agents that will be presented to Senior Leadership teams, including CEO, CRO and wider departments
• Prepare monthly financial packs, including budgets vs actuals, variance analysis, monthly reforecasts and SaaS metrics to be presented to the board
• Business partner with Sales, Revenue and Operation teams to provide insights into customer profitability, retention and revenue drivers
• Re-define the SaaS metrics model, enhancing ARR, CAC's, CLTV, revenue analytics and modelling

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working in a SaaS/Tech business3+ years experience working in commercial FP&A departments
• Strong passion for driving AI automation in the FP&A function, with a demonstrated track record of using AI to enhance commercial activities
• Proficient knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC's, CLTV, ARR, NRR, MRR etc)
• Experienced business partner who has exposure to partnering with C-Suite and Senior Leadership teams
• Expert in understanding consumer and customer profitability, providing key insights in profitability and customer retention
• Immediately available or available with a notice period no longer than 1 month
