Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Manager, Group ARR to govern, report, and continuously improve Group Bookings, ACV, and ARR metrics across the business. You will partner with Finance Leadership, Sales Operations, and executive teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

You will combine deep commercial finance expertise with software industry knowledge, drive automation, data quality controls, and robust governance across multiple data sources, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA), MBA viewed favourably.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Significant experience within a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company.
• Experience working with recurring revenue models, ARR, ACV, SaaS metrics, subscriptions, renewals, and customer retention analysis.
• Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and reporting of Group Bookings, ACV and ARR metrics.
• Deliver timely executive reporting to Leadership, Finance Leadership, and Board stakeholders.
• Analyze ARR drivers, retention trends, renewals, churn, and install-base performance.
• Ensure data quality and controls across data sources and reporting systems.
• Drive automation and dashboard improvements with Power BI and other tools.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Accounting and M&A on reporting matters.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
