Google is seeking a Financial Analyst to support UK & Ireland (UKI) Finance, delivering strategic financial insights and driving core processes. You will analyze business drivers, forecast performance, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to enable scalable, AI-enabled financial operations.

The role emphasizes building data-driven narratives for senior leadership and optimizing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting practices across a large multinational environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling in a multinational setting.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.

Mansioni

• Conduct sophisticated quantitative analysis to explain drivers, revenue trends, and risks for decision-making at senior levels.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and sales tools to provide scalable insights.
• Drive efficiency in finance processes like planning, budgeting, and OpEx management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions (SQL/Python/AI) to improve reporting quality and speed.
