Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the UK Copperleaf finance team. You will forecast, plan and report, acting as a trusted finance partner for UK/Europe stakeholders while collaborating with Vancouver-based colleagues across time zones.

You will analyze performance, build models for recurring revenue, backlog and headcount, and drive recommendations with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes automation and AI-enabled finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insight and performance reporting.
• Own forecasting, planning, and long-range models (ARR, ACV, churn, backlog).
• Develop and maintain management reporting and dashboards with narrative.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and automation to speed insight and improve data quality.
