Ocado Logistics is seeking an Analytics Manager - Resource & Workforce Planning to own the mid-to-long-term headcount and hours plan for the UK operation. You will lead analytics and build modern planning tools, integrating AI into processes and aligning with the workforce management platform (UKG).

Qualifications

• Experience in resource/workforce planning within a large operational environment (e.g., logistics).
• Strong data modelling and SQL skills.
• Track record of using AI tools to accelerate analytical work.
• Understanding of how hours and headcount translate into P&L.
• Ability to simplify complex resource pictures for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the network resource plan across driver and fulfilment-centre populations.
• Drive recruitment demand with third-party partners and site leadership.
• Own the labour budget process and explain movements between plan, budget and actual.
• Improve short-notice resource accuracy and reduce labour turnover.
• Modernise the resource planning toolset and integrate with workforce management (UKG).
• Lead on applying AI to analytics, models, and documentation.
• Plan for peak periods and site changes affecting resources and costs.
• Develop and coach a team of Planners and Analysts.
