Qualifications

• Proven Hard Services FM experience with contract delivery.
• Experience leading engineering and operations teams.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and SLAs, ensuring compliance.
• Lead Engineering and Operations teams with development plans.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop financial plans focusing on revenue, profit and cost control.
• Identify improvements and ensure safety and contractual compliance.
• Deliver clear communication and ongoing training across sites.
