Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Coleshill contract in Birmingham. The role covers M&E, building services, security and cleaning with P&L responsibility and a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage performance against KPIs, and drive growth within a high‑demand facilities management environment, with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational management experience.
• Experience with PFI operational management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the contract, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract performance, including P&L, budgets and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Provide leadership to operational teams and drive continuous improvement.
