Job summary

Boden Group in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a complex education portfolio, spanning schools, and to oversee hard and soft services including M&E, building fabric, security and cleaning.

You will own contract P&L, budgets, and drive performance reporting, compliance and continuous improvement while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational management experience within complex service environments.
• Strong PFI operational management experience and commercial awareness.
• Proven P&L responsibility exceeding £5 million per year.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance, SFG20 and basic M&E principles.
• Proven people leadership, client management and supplier contract negotiation skills.
