Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd. in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead Hard FM services on a major PFI contract. You will oversee delivery, performance and compliance, and manage a large team and subcontractors to satisfy the client.

The ideal candidate has strong account or contract management experience in Hard FM, plus knowledge of M&E/Hard Services and a track record in a PFI environment.

Salary is £72,000–£80,000 with a car or car allowance and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong Account or Contract Management experience within Hard FM.
• Experience within a PFI environment would be highly advantageous.
• Good technical understanding of M&E/Hard Services.
• Experience managing large operational teams and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Hard FM services across a large PFI contract.
• Oversee a large operational team and subcontractors to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Ensure compliance, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive overall performance of the contract and manage client relationships.
