Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Senior Floor Manager to support store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will maintain high operational standards, support colleague development and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.

You will lead and support colleagues to ensure customer-facing areas operate effectively and deliver high service levels.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development ability.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.
• Solid commercial awareness of store operations and performance drivers.
• Attention to detail to uphold premium standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor to deliver premium customer service standards.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, stock management and team motivation.
• Own the store's KPIs and drive progress.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash, audit and stock control.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues into a high-performing team.
