JD Group in London is seeking a Senior Floor Manager for a flagship JD Sports store to lead floor operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service that reflects the premium JD standard.

You’ll own daily store performance, drive merchandising and stock management, coach colleagues, and collaborate with senior leadership to hit ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution abilities; handle complex situations.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of store operations and drivers.
• Strong attention to detail and upholding premium standards in flagship setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead shop floor to deliver JD service standards and premium customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, stock management, and team motivation.
• Own store KPIs, ensuring progress and strong results.
• Support day-to-day operations: opening/closing, cash, audits, stock accuracy, cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues into a high-performing team.
