Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Fleet People Performance to lead performance across onboard HR, coaching teams and aligning fleet actions with the People strategy. The role requires regular travel to the fleet, including ~25% time onboard vessels to coach and support operations.

Ideal candidates will influence senior stakeholders, drive development, and ensure compliant, high-quality People service across all vessels while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior HR leadership across complex multi-site organisations.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on development.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in ship and shore environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide fleet-level oversight to onboard HR Managers and set annual goals aligned with People strategy.
• Coach and develop onboard HR community to drive consistency and improvement.
• Act as interface between ship and shore, coaching and engaging stakeholders.
