Job summary

Executive Integrity seeks a Fleet Manager in London to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across a diverse fleet. You will provide proactive technical support both remotely and onboard, optimise operations, and manage budgets while leading improvements and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires a qualified Marine Engineer with experience across multiple vessel types, strong FCAP/opex control, and end-to-end dry dock execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience.
• Experience managing multiple vessel types preferred (dry bulk, tanker, LPG).
• Strong opex control experience.
• End-to-end dry dock execution experience.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across teams.
• IT proficient and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and resolve complex fleet issues.
• Monitor vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets for operational excellence.
• Support remote and onboard activities to minimise downtime.
• Oversee inspections, vetting and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations.
