Job summary

Wise is seeking an exceptional Program Manager / Delivery Leader to join our Implementation Management team. You will take ownership of high-stakes cross-domain projects across product, engineering, compliance, and operations, acting as a domain-smart driver who ensures delivery is on time and compliant.

You’ll govern end-to-end programs, stress-test plans, and guide senior stakeholders through critical trade-offs while documenting workflows and building telemetry to scale future execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects.
• Strong governance, stakeholder reporting and post-implementation audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.
• Ability to decompose programs to first principles and analyze architectures.
• Ability to absorb unstructured information and design repeatable frameworks.
• Pragmatic, hands-on delivery and drive for process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-domain initiatives with high impact across compliance, platform migrations, control rollouts and product launches.
• Own end-to-end program governance, briefs, plans and delivery forums.
• Stress-test plans, challenge assumptions and advise on critical trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
• Read architecture diagrams, ask challenging questions and create simple dashboards.
• Document workflows, automate steps and establish telemetry to scale execution.
