Job summary

Wealth Dynamix is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee SDLC software delivery across agile teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will drive governance, alignment between engineering, product and operations, and ensure timely releases of the client lifecycle management platform.

The role requires extensive SDLC experience, strong Scrum Master capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex SaaS projects with a global client base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years working directly with SDLC projects
• Strong Scrum Master background in fast-paced SDLC environments
• Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices
• Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery Leadership: facilitate Agile ceremonies for SDLC product teams
• Release Management: coordinate release cycles and post-release validation
• Milestone Tracking: align roadmaps with sprint deliverables and track SaaS milestones
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations
• Process Discipline: maintain delivery rigor and CI/CD practices
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Internal Stakeholder Reporting: provide updates to senior stakeholders
• Team Culture: foster accountability and continuous improvement
