Job summary

Leapfrog Limited is seeking a qualified accountant to lead the Financial Performance & Control team. You will oversee financial reporting, month-end processes and statutory accounts while supporting management reporting and business decision-making.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, proactive control improvements, and effective stakeholder management across finance partners and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with a UK professional qualification and 5+ years of finance experience.
• Experience in financial control, statutory reporting or management accounting.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with proactive controls improvement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate external audits and act as main point of contact for auditors.
• Maintain balance sheet controls with reconciliations and supporting docs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and regulatory reporting.
