Itchyfeet is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join its in-house finance team in the United Kingdom. You will lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, manage monthly and annual close, and deliver insightful management reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with Finance leadership and key stakeholders to provide timely, accurate financial insights, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the firm's annual consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of individual entities.
• Monthly and annual consolidation of all group entities with clear reporting, analysis, and commentary.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and insights.
• Develop management information (MI) to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Active business partnering with partners, senior managers, and leaders to provide timely financial support.
• Utilise financial systems and contribute to implementing new systems for smarter working practices.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure seamless finance delivery and easy business processes.
• Prepare profit and loss reports, cash flow forecasts, and annual budgets with key stakeholders.
• Support board and audit reporting and completion of tax computations and returns.

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic in-house finance team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to build trusted relationships and provide forward-focused, commercially aligned financial insights to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with leaders across the business to support decision-making and drive future success. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Control, Planning and Analysis, ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and meaningful.

Job Duties:

• Preparation of the firm's annual consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of individual entities.
• Monthly and annual consolidation of all group entities, supported by clear reporting, analysis, and commentary to enhance stakeholder understanding of trends and performance.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, commentary, and insights.
• Development of management information (MI), providing insight, recommendations, and analysis to assist with operational and strategic decisions.
• Active business partnering with partners, senior managers, and leaders, ensuring they receive relevant, timely, and commercially focused financial support.
• Utilise existing financial technology and contribute to the effective implementation of new systems to create smarter working practices.
• Professionally collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure seamless finance delivery, supporting the aim of making the Finance team easy to do business with.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including leaders and other business services departments, to prepare profit and loss (P&L) reports, cash flow forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Support board and audit reporting.
• Completion of tax computations and returns.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with relevant accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings in a clear and engaging manner.
• Confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Experience using a practice management system such as Elite 3e or Viewpoint would be beneficial, but not essential.
