Q5, a global organisation transformation consultancy, is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the Analytics Hub. You will oversee analytics projects, coach junior consultants, and work with clients to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires solid quantitative skills, consulting expertise, and a collaborative, down-to-earth style, with a focus on finance modelling, operating model design, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant professional experience in Management Consulting or Transformation roles.
• Experience leading complex organisation transformation (operating model and organisation design)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to new contexts
• Highly numerate with strong financial and commercial concepts
• Experience developing high quality financial and operational models
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with non-data audiences
• Advanced Excel skills and preferably data visualization experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow Q5’s analytics practice
• Qualifications in Finance, Economics, or Data Science

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of analytics projects and manage small consulting teams
• Conduct financial and commercial analyses and produce high-quality reports with actionable recommendations
• Develop and build complex financial models to support strategic decisions
• Advise clients and project teams with SME input
• Support development of new analytics tools and techniques
• Support Business Development with proposals and materials
