Job summary

Q5 in London seeks a Principal Consultant to lead full project workstreams across Change Management, Programme & Project Management, and Strategy. You will run client engagements, shape proposals, manage budgets, and mentor teams while balancing value delivery with commercial outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships within client organisations, identify opportunities for expanded work, and play a leading role in shaping high‑quality client solutions using Q5 methodologies.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience of leading and delivering projects in a similar consulting environment (5 - 10 years experience, ideally with Organisation Design experience).
• A good Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to lead projects.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to develop and deliver engaging workshops with complex and detailed subject matter.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity, be able to learn as you go, and problem solve challenges you come across.
• Drive and self-starting with a keenness to get the best outcomes for clients.
• Demonstrable ability to supervise and mentor others and help foster a learning mindset.
