Q5 is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead end-to-end engagements for energy and utilities clients in London. You will own scoping, mobilization, execution and wrap-up, while guiding project teams and delivering structured, data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.

You will drive business development, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor junior consultants, shaping the strategy for the Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources practice.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of management consulting experience in Energy & Utilities.
• Proven track record leading projects and teams in a consulting environment.
• Experience in Organisation Design, Organisational Strategy, Transformation or People-related Change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.
• Excellent presentation and workshop delivery skills.
• Deep understanding of industry practices and operating environments.
