Job summary

Q5 is expanding its Analytics Hub in London and seeks a Senior Consultant with strong analytical skills to lead quant-focused client engagements across sectors. You will deliver end-to-end analyses, develop dashboards, and contribute to proposals while mentoring junior team members.

You will combine data analysis, statistical modelling and operating-model insights to drive tangible business outcomes, collaborating with clients and consulting teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Strong data analysis and statistical modelling to drive outcomes.
• Understanding of strategy, operating model design, business operations and people analytics.
• Experience in operating model, organisation design or large-scale transformation projects.
• Advanced ability to produce high-quality outputs.
• Experience building predictive models from diverse data sources.
• Strong data visualisation skills and ability to design dashboards.
• Proficient in handling large, complex datasets and data cleaning/transforming.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for non-data audiences.
• Qualifications in a relevant quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of consulting projects using quantitative approaches.
• Partner with clients and teams to scope solutions and approaches.
• Conduct analyses, develop reporting and management dashboards, and create insights.
• Advise clients and project teams.
• Support development of new analytics tools and approaches.
• Support business development with proposals and materials.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
