Job summary

Q5 is seeking a Senior Principal (Engagement Manager) to lead teams and client engagements in the Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources practice. You will own end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, shaping strategy and delivering results for senior stakeholders.

With 8+ years in management consulting, you will drive transformation, manage scope and risk, and mentor junior consultants while expanding client relationships and delivering compelling workshops and presentations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, focused on Energy & Utilities.
• Ability to lead projects and teams within a consulting environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.
• Proven capability in transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and client engagements to deliver outstanding results.
