• Experience leading external and statutory reporting.
• Experience with group consolidation and year-end closes.
• Knowledge of tax reporting and audit liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of group annual report and consolidated financial statements, including front-end narrative and back-end notes.
• Lead statutory accounts preparation for the group and its entities, ensuring compliance and deadlines.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting across all entities, including eliminations and disclosures.
• Own investor and external reporting deliverables with accuracy and clear communication.
• Coordinate tax accounting and disclosures with stakeholders and advisers.
• Support ESG reporting with audit trail and robust controls.
• Own covenant reporting and timely submission.
