Frasers Group Financial Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead reporting and control across the finance function. You will deliver robust monthly management accounts and maintain strong balance sheet governance.

The role offers visibility, development potential and the opportunity to coach two Assistant Accountants while partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Studying or qualified accountant; first move from practice acceptable.
• Proven track record in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing accounts transactional team.
• Experience cash management and working capital optimisation.
• Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and highlight opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and monthly management accounts.
• Own key balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Manage, coach and develop two Assistant Accountants.
• Strengthen the financial control framework and process improvements.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and build stakeholder relationships.
