Job summary

Partner Financial, collaborating with a leading international beauty business, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in London to lead the financial reporting team and own statutory reporting, controls and governance.

Reporting to Group Financial Controller, you will manage a three-person team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and audit processes across IFRS and UK GAAP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience leading statutory reporting and external audit.
• Experience managing finance teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reporting submissions.
• Lead statutory financial statements preparation under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Manage external audit process and liaise with auditors.
• Own internal control environment and compliance requirements.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure reporting deadlines.
• Coach and develop a three-person finance team.
• Communicate financial information to senior stakeholders.
