Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to own the integrity and timely delivery of external, investor and statutory reporting. The role is hands-on and standalone, with end-to-end responsibility for the annual report and financial statements, from consolidation to disclosures.

You will partner with the Financial Controller, Head of Financial Accounting and senior stakeholders, ensuring robust reporting and compliance across UK entities and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• End-to-end annual report production and consolidation.
• Ensure statutory accounts and regulatory filings are complete.
• Coordinate with auditors and external advisers on reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of the Group annual report and consolidated financial statements.
• Lead statutory accounts preparation and filing deadlines.
• Manage Group consolidation with eliminations and disclosures.
• Oversee investor and external reporting with accuracy and controls.
• Lead tax reporting and disclosures with stakeholders and advisers.
• Coordinate ESG reporting with audit trails and controls.
• Own covenant reporting and timely submission.
