Job summary
RNLI is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our finance platform, delivering cloud-based capabilities to support the 2030 strategy. You will shape requirements, drive adoption, and partner with ID&S, Strategic Programmes and Delivery Partners to maximise value.
The role emphasizes leadership in finance transformation, strong stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance across charity finance, ERP systems, and D365 integrations.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with proven experience in digital transformation.
- Strong leadership in finance transformation and technology delivery.
- Experience managing internal and external suppliers or vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ERP and cloud finance systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of the Finance platform estate from design through deployment to operations.
- Collaborate with ID&S, Strategic Programmes and Delivery Partners to maximise business value.
- Ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised and translated into effective solutions.
- Lead a team of finance systems experts and drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Support the RNLI 2030 plan and Service Led Operating Model readiness.
