Job summary

Side is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to lead evolution, optimization and automation of financial processes using D365 Finance & Operations. You will work with our global IT team to ensure the system meets business needs and is fully adopted across the finance function.

You will drive improvements, manage upgrades, maintain master data and provide end-user training, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software, technology, finance or business.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and budgeting.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a development roadmap for Side's use of D365.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to design system enhancements.
• Lead upgrades, testing, and data master maintenance.
• Ensure D365 aligns with regulatory and reporting needs.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing across the finance community.
