Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited is seeking an interim Finance ERP transformation lead to drive the UK ERP program and migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ahead of go-live. The role commands senior leadership and cross-geography governance.

You will own end-to-end delivery across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare, coordinating with finance leadership and external partners to ensure a successful transition. Hybrid 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations in international blue-chip environments.
• Strong knowledge of RTR, S2P, OTC, MDM, inventory, COGS and tax.

Job description

Our client, an international manufacturing business, is currently searching for an interim Finance ERP transformation lead as it establishes its own systems, processes and reporting from the ground up.

This individual will direct the finance workstream of the UK ERP transformation, migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ahead of a planned go-live mid next year. Leading a team of functional specialists, you will own end-to-end delivery across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare. You will partner closely with the UK Financial Controller and the Group finance transformation team to ensure alignment with the global template, manage external implementation partners, and lead the change and training effort within finance.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least ten years’ experience in international blue-chip organisations and a proven record of leading a full end-to‑end ERP implementation, ideally including Dynamics 365. Strong knowledge across RTR, S2P, OTC, MDM, inventory, COGS and tax is required. Above all, this role calls for exceptional leadership: someone who sets clear direction, brings calm to ambiguity and earns credibility with senior stakeholders across geographies.

12-month FTC: salary (not day rate) and bonus commensurate with experience.
