Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Digital Finance Product Owner to define and deliver finance solutions that enhance processes, reporting, and analytics. You will bridge Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to ensure measurable value and a strong transformation agenda.

You will own the product backlog, collaborate with ERP and analytics teams, and support Agile delivery while ensuring governance and controls across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA or Product Owner certifications are advantageous.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP/finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product management practices and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.
• Translate finance requirements into features, user stories, and priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligning with strategy.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive enhancements across ERP and analytics platforms; support Agile delivery.
• Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements are met.
