Job summary

Bayman Atkinson Smythe Ltd. seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Treasury & Development team in Cheshire, with hybrid working.

The role combines hands-on financial management with forward-looking analysis and business partnering across treasury, development and business planning. You will work closely with senior colleagues to shape long-term plans, manage cash flow, forecast performance and review development cash flows and budgets.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with social housing treasury experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and business planning skills.
• Experience with cash flow, covenants and regulatory returns.
• Proven financial modelling and scenario analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Lead treasury reporting, cash flow forecasting and funding decisions for development schemes.
• Monitor loan covenants, lender returns and regulatory metrics.
• Input into long-term business plan and stress testing for development.
• Lead development budgets and forecasts; challenge new proposals.
