Allwyn UK is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead on Retail profitability and Scratchcard performance, providing recommendations for change and optimisation. The role Partner to Retail and Product Directors, and supports Retail Channels & Scratchcard Product teams.

You will drive business cases, benefit tracking, and robust commercial modelling. You will develop governance and reporting frameworks, consolidate benefits, and influence senior leadership to prioritise profitability

Formación

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with experience in Commercial Finance and partnering Senior Stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and ability to apply this to decision making and recommendations.
• Strong financial modelling skills with actionable insight.
• Experience driving profitability improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner to Retail and Product Directors and their reports.
• Finance lead for Retail Channels & Scratchcard Product team.
• Lead Scratchcard strategy, business cases, modelling and PIRs.
• Develop reporting and governance framework across Retail & Scratchcards.
• Consolidate benefits tracking for initiatives identified through P&L optimisation.
• Influence decisions through thorough analysis and robust assumptions.
