Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Performance Steering) to drive business success through data-driven insights, strategic financial planning and stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you’ll work with senior leaders to support decision-making and shape Aldi UK’s future direction.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you’ll partner with regional and national directors, lead KPI governance, and develop robust regional reporting under IFRS/UK GAAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or financial planning.
• Strong reporting, budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• IFRS and UK GAAP familiarity.
• Cross-border collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local controlling teams and national stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to boost regional results via performance steering.
• Act as trusted business partner to Directors, delivering ad hoc analyses.
• Lead regional performance management: current, forecast, and planned KPIs.
• Support Business Performance Cycle processes for future years.
• Maintain region-specific governance and reporting frameworks.
• Participate in national financial target discussions with advisory input.
• Drive performance in regional steering team and continuous improvement.
