easyJet holidays in Luton is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Accounting & Controls on a 12-month FTC. You will lead accounting and controls across Operations Finance, oversee a small team, and ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, strong IT skills (Excel, VBA, SQL), and proven leadership. You’ll partner with operations and senior management to provide clear financial insight and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading a transactional finance team and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to explain financial performance to finance and operational stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own accounting, control and reporting across Operations Finance.
• Consolidate monthly results, explain performance vs budget, forecast and prior year.
• Act as the key accounting and controls contact for internal and external audits.
• Lead and develop the team while improving reports, processes and systems.
