easyJet holidays is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join the Flight Operations Accounting & Controls team in Luton. You will check, analyse and process invoices, support month-end activities and provide clear cost insights to stakeholders.

The role focuses on strengthening controls around Flight Operations costs, with hybrid working and a 60% office presence. Experience with SkyMetrix or AirPas is useful but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Check, analyse and process invoices, resolving queries with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support month-end accounting and assist with journals.
• Highlight risks and opportunities through cost analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Communicate financial matters clearly to both finance and non-finance contacts.

Aufgaben

• Check, analyse and process invoices; resolve queries and investigate differences between invoices and accruals.
• Prepare journals in line with accounting standards and assist operational finance teams with accounting, audit and ad-hoc projects.
• Use cost analysis and balance sheet reconciliations to identify risks and opportunities for Finance Managers and FP&A.
