Job summary

easyJet holidays in Luton is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Accounting and Controls on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead the accounting and controls across Operations Finance, supervise three direct reports and engage with senior partners to ensure accurate monthly reporting and robust balance sheet control.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with substantial post-qualification experience, strong IT skills (Excel, VBA, SQL) and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Qualified through ACA, ACCA or CIMA with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading a transactional finance team and delivering deadlines.
• Strong IT literacy with advanced Excel; VBA/SQL experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, control and reporting across Operations Finance.
• Consolidate monthly results and explain performance to senior management.
• Act as key contact for audits and maintain first line of defence.
• Lead and develop the team, improving reports, processes and systems.
